NEC – Nutrimentum Et Curae
Nutrimentum et Curae è una nuova rivista medica internazionale peer-reviewed nata per condividere i risultati di tutta la ricerca ed innovazione, presente e futura, che vede il ruolo centrale della nutrizione come strumento di cura e benessere psicofisico. Una rivista in cui tradizione e tecnologia, scienza e natura, formazione e innovazione, natura e benessere, ricerca e cura, si possano incontrare e coesistere per offrire risposte e nuove soluzioni ai bisogni delle persone.
L’obiettivo è quello di favorire il confronto interdisciplinare e il miglioramento delle conoscenze su tutti gli aspetti legati all’alimentazione, al benessere e all’ambiente a 360 gradi in un concetto integrato di “One Health”.
